I have experience of the whole private equity life cycle, from post-acquisition team building, through value creation and right up to the sale process and beyond.

I am a highly IT literate accounting professional, with an in-depth understanding of general ledger accounting systems, EPMs and consolidation tools.

I have run several projects from cradle to grave, starting from bare bones scoping documents to end product functional database driven models, working closely with IT experts every step of the way.

As the old saying goes, cash is king, which is why my clients are happy that I bring an in-depth understanding of complex cashflow modelling and banking facility relationship management to the table.

During my time in industry I have been responsible for negotiating and managing large asset-based lending arrangements and high-yield private bond offerings.
